Well, another year has come and gone. We finished out the school year with a wonderful celebration for our 5th graders. We handed out several awards to our bright and beautiful students. They will be missed. I hope for only the best for my kids as they move out into the real world. Remember that Mrs. Gibson is thinking about you!

- I have been married for almost 16 years and I have 3 wonderful daughters. MacKenzie is 13, Dani is 8 and Georgie is 4. I received my BS from Tech in 2001. I have been teaching at Cypress Springs Elementary for 8 years. Two years ago I decided to further my education and joined the MS program. One of my favorite things to teach is Math - have taught this since I began teaching - but I could not get my MS in math without a secondary certification. That is the reason I am completing my MS degree in reading. I hope to be finished by summer 2009.
